This service includes a 1 hour therapeutic massage of your choice & a 1 hour full body scrub including the face.
This massage combination consists of one or all of the following: Pre & or Post Natal massage, Basic Swedish (gentle, soft tissue manipulation), Balinese (a series of long strokes, followed by compressions, & trigger point work) Hot Basalt Himalayan Stone therapy, and or Chakra cleansing & Polarity cleansing
This massage combination includes one or all of the following, Lymphatic Drainage (stimulating the lymphatic system to decrease lymphedema, swelling, or infections), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Therapy, Hot & Cold Stone therapy, Range of motion work to increase mobility, scar tissue work (breaking it up)
This massage combination includes one or all of the following: Deep tissue, pre & or post sports, deep hot stone therapy, stretching, muscle releases such as sciatic release, scapula release, pectoral release, psoas release, I.T. Band release, occipital release, carpel tunnel work, stripping out the muscles to get rid of any lactic acid build up & creating a new muscle memory.
The 1 hr service includes a 30 minute back and neck massage with a 30 minute back scrub or facial scrub. The 1.5 hr service includes an hour massage with a back scrub or a facial scrub. The 2 hr service includes a one hour massage followed by a one hour full body scrub. The 2 1/2 hr service includes an hour and a half massage with a one hour full body scrub or you can change it to a one hour massage and an hour and a half of a full body scrub, including the facial scrub.
$1 to $1.50 per minute massage is done on a chair utilizing department trigger point work and basic Swedish on back neck and sometimes arms
